How can I adjust the station on my Timex T619T Alarm Clock?

I have a Timex T619T Alarm clock, and I lost my owners manual. It’s a complicated clock to configure, and I can’t get the station to change for the morning alarm.
Does anyone have a users manual, or know where I can find one online?
